The Originals Boutique, Hotel Marytel, Montbrison - Savigneux (Loire)

We had a really relaxing and comfortable city break at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely: friendly, helpful and approachable. The hotel was situated in a great location: easy to find and close to the main places of interest. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fact that the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Although we had a great experience overall, we did encounter a small issue with the Wi-Fi reception. The signal was not particularly strong in certain areas of the hotel, which could be frustrating when trying to check emails or browse the internet.

The room was clean. The TV was big and plenty chanels. Bright lighting in the room. The breakf was plentiful. Parking was convenient.

The room is very small and the large bed occupied almost the whole space and there was no free space. There was no chair and even the tabouret that was supplied was under the table without possibility to sit on it.

The hotel is fully renovated, very nice design and very good comfort. Very good quality for price. Free wi-fi available.

The room was decently clean and had all the standard modern comforts, like a nice-sized shower and tea/coffee making facilities. Plus, the breakfast spread was fairly good. Also, the hotel is situated in a convenient location and offers free Wi-Fi, which makes it an ideal spot for travelers who want to stay connected while away from home.

The overall experience was not impressive. The staff was unfriendly and didn't seem interested in providing any kind of customer service. Additionally, the interior decorations were uninspiring and lacked any personality. This hotel does not provide value for money when compared to other options available in the area.

The hotel is actually very much better than the official two starts it is assigned. Don't believe the two stars! The comfort is very at the level of a 4-stars hotel. Ok, it is missing a restaurant, but they have several agreements with some restaurants nearby. Very good for business travellers, wifi is free.

Central location.Renevated rooms. Very comfortavle bed,shower. All over clean good hotel. Free car parking. We were there for business purpose and we will stay in same hotel again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the rooms weresuper clean and cozy with good beds. Breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee. We especially appreciated the storage cupboard for our bicycles.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. Lots of businessmen, which confirmed our impression of a modern, straight-forward hotel - no outstanding uniqueness of the hotel, but no negative surprises either. Hotel was fully booked on a weekday in October. Located close to main roads, so good for cars, but if you will want to keep windows closed at night.

Unfortunatly the hotel had only one room for us, although we reserved two through Booked.net. The staff tried their best but two of us ended up in a room which apparently was being renovated: It did not have a door between sleeping room and bathroom...

Room Spotlessly cleaned with new towels each day. Breakfast provided very good served in a pleasant room.

Seemed to be a shortage of front of house staff, not able to have any food other than at breakfast. Some way from centre of Montbrison.
